Port-forwarding Router or Firewall to Enable Remote Viewing for Non-Customer

"Non-customer" means you have not purchased your security recorder from Custom Video Security. Remote desktop software such as Teamviewer (no higher versions than 8 please), Join.me, or another type is required. If we cannot successfully forward your ports remotely, we will refund your purchase price. Proof of successful port-forwarding will be given with canyouseeme.org. This service includes labor for up to one hour, although typically it requires much less time. In some cases, we may have to do a conference call with your Internet Service Provider if they are blocking ports. Once we start working, we cannot refund the price of this service, unless we are unsuccessful in forwarding your ports. We can schedule this service to work for a day and time that is convenient for you. Days and times outside our normal business hours will result in an additional fee.
