The Micro Health Check involves an actual Milestone Systems employee remotely connecting to your server’s desktop to check the overall health of the server and XProtect software. The Micro Health Check includes the following ten critical scenarios that could be impacting the reliability of the system or of the operator’s experience:
- The current software version of XProtect will be evaluated.
- Check your Milestone Care status. An active Milestone Care Plus allows a number of benefits including the ability to update to the latest released XProtect version and better health monitoring functionality in the event a server or camera goes offline
