Seneca NVR servers include RAID technology, which allows for storage redundancy and/or higher performance read/write access. The storage array will not be lost if and when a hard drive fails. Some higher-end models include a redundant power supply module, which will sound an audible alarm and can be replaced if and when a power supply module fails. Most importantly, all Seneca servers include a 5-year on-site NBD (next business day) service plan warranty in addition to free lifetime technical support from Seneca.

It should be noted that as of September 2021, most GPU add-ons for Seneca NVRs are on back-order due to the worldwide semiconductor chip shortage. It is for this reason that we stress that Seneca NVR servers should only be used as the video recorder; not for viewing any client software, which is GPU-intensive. Seneca servers ship from NY with free ground shipping within the Continental USA. Sales tax will be collected on orders shipping to states in which our distributor has economic sales tax nexus. As of September 2021, these states are CT, HI, IL, MA, MD, and TN. Sales tax will also be collected on orders shipping to Canada.
