Wireless Access Point Pre-Configuration: Setup password, SSID, Pair/Join, etc. This service will extend your delivery date by 2-4 business days, on average, as we would pre-configure and test equipment, then ship to you. Alternatively, we can login to your network and pre-configure them for you.
Pre-Configuration for Wireless Access Point
Install camera(s) away from your primary coverage area, up to 15km away with line-of-sight. Use 2.4GHz for longer-distance, 5GHz for high-interference areas, and 900MHz when line-of-sight is limited.
Two wireless access points configured properly can form a "point to point" wireless bridge, as long as there is continuous line of sight with minimal obstructions.
Multiple access points communicating with one main radio is called a "point to multi-point" network.
